Tube-to-Tubesheet
Arc Machines manufactures two weld heads for automatic orbital fusion or wire-feed (GTAW, TIG) tube to tubesheet welding. Tube sizes from 3/8” (9,5 mm) ID through 2.0” (50,8 mm) OD can be welded using our Model 96 for fusion applications and tube sizes from 3/8” OD through 4.5” (114 mm) OD can be welded with filler wire using our Model 6 weld head. Tube configurations can be flush, recessed or projected above the tubesheet. Both of these heads attach firmly to the tubesheet, so x-ray quality welds on all TIG weldable materials can be produced in any position.
